Description of awareness programme

Market Intelligence Section, Department of Supervision, Chennai Office organised a public awareness programme on unauthorised deposit acceptance, ponzi schemes and financial cybercrimes at Coimbatore on April 06, 2023. Shri S M N Swamy, Regional Director for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, RBI, presided over the programme. Members of the State Level Coordination Committee (SLCC), Tamil Nadu, such as SEBI, Registrar of Companies (ROC), Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Cyber Crime Wing and ICAI had deputed their officers to deliver a talk on these topics.
