Four Taluks of Mysore Districts, Karnataka (Mysuru, Nanjangud, Hunsur, T. Narasipura)
Fourth in the series, PA program was held in four taluks of Mysuru district (Mysuru, Nanjangud, Hunsur, T. Narasipura), Karnataka on 4th -5th April, 2016. The program is essentially targeted at the common investing public alerting them on the perils of investing in fraudulent and unauthorized deposit schemes/multi-level chain link schemes etc, demonstrated to public by staging of a Skit and Yakshagana (a local folk art form), followed by a question/answer session for clarifying matters. A simple quiz was held at the end of the programme and gifts were given away for the winners. The program was a success as it attracted good number of people. The event got a wide coverage in the local print media. The program was a joint effort of RBI, Government of Karnataka, Economic Offence Wing of Karnataka Police and SEBI under the aegis of SLCC, karnataka.
