Description

Subject: Formal Complaint Against PAYsense App for Unauthorized Loan Disbursement. I am writing to formally file a complaint against PAYsense, regarding their unauthorized loan disbursement without my consent. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and distress, and I seek resolution through the SACHET initiative under SLCC (State Level Coordination Committee). On 7/5/2024, I discovered that PAYsense had disbursed a loan in my account without any prior authorization or consent from me. I was told that before disbursement of loan i will be informed through mail or a call regarding loan offer like Tenure , Monthly EMI , various types of charges etc, but this did not followed by PAYsense team and forcefully disbursed the loan.( i have the written evidence of this in the form of chat). Furthermore, I have made multiple attempts to contact PAYsense representative to rectify this issue, but have received no satisfactory response or resolution. The lack of accountability and transparency from PAYsense exacerbates the distress caused by their unauthorized actions. I hereby request the intervention of SACHET, as part of the SLCC initiative, to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure appropriate action is taken against PAYsense for their misconduct. I also seek full reimbursement of any charges incurred due to this unauthorized loan disbursement and immediate removal of any derogatory remarks from my credit history resulting from this incident. Please acknowledge the receipt of this complaint and provide updates on the progress of the investigation at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
